IT research and advisory firm Greyhound Knowledge Group (GKG) has acquired a stake in Internet of Style, a fashion-tech company.

GKG, founded by analyst Sanchit Vir Gogia, had been in talks with other advisory firms for a deal to expand its global presence. The deal will result in the strengthening of its product, ‘Consumer Insights Pivot’.

The company also said that S Sridhar, who has held leadership roles in Dell and IBM, will be joining its advisory board.
